This is one great product! After reading other reviews, I must admit I was a little leery about buying this and any power washer. But, I'm glad I decided to get it. It arrived nicely packed. The book was easily read. We connected the unit and proceeded to clean the walkway, sidewalk, patios and driveway. The unit is quiet, and the handle easy to hold. It's not that heavy, easily moved to other spots as you are working. The following day, we took it to our other house and proceeded to power wash patios, sidewalks, etc. with no problem whatsoever.
